According to the Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board of Medios AG consists of five members. In the following you will find all the essential information.
The Supervisory Board of Medios AG has formed an Audit Committee, a Remuneration and Nomination Committee as well as an ESG Committee from among its members. No committees with decision-making powers were formed due to the size of the company; all committees can only issue recommendations. The further responsibilities are defined in the respective rules of procedure of the committees; the composition of the committees is shown in the following overview.
