Mi-Young Miehler's personal and professional journey spans across South Korea, Iraq, Malawi, Japan, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and finally Berlin, where she currently resides.

She holds degrees in Business Administration and Korean Studies and gained experience working as an Inhouse Consultant in corporate strategy at Schott AG, as well as in international project management at Scholz & Friends Group.

Mi-Young‘s career includes founding a shared service company for specialized pharmacies, where she recognized the significant potential of a specialized pharmaceutical wholesale. This insight led to the founding of Medios Pharma GmbH in 2015, which has been highly profitable from the start and later incorporated into Medios AG. As a founding member of Medios AG, she played a pivotal role in the financial planning for the company's stock market listing, actively shaping Medios' growth from its inception.

In the early years of Medios, she served as Managing Director of Medios Pharma GmbH, where she drove profitable growth, developed a customer-centric organizational structure, and established Medios as Germany's leading supplier of Specialty Pharma solutions.

Since 2017, Mi-Young has been bringing her expertise to the Executive Board of Medios AG. As Chief Operating Officer, she has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Pharmaceutical Supply segment, while also overseeing Marketing & Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and the Transform to Growth Office. Mi-Young‘s holistic approach to entrepreneurial development consistently aligns with customer needs, setting high standards that drive company-wide excellence and growth.
