No Change in Janus Henderson’s Stake in Medios AG

Dear Sir or Madam,

To avoid any potential confusion regarding the voting rights notification relating to Janus Henderson Group plc (“Janus Henderson”) on August 13, 2026, in relation to its shareholding in Medios AG (“Medios”), we would like to provide you with the following brief clarification.

The 6.4% stake in Medios AG was and continues to be held by Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited. This was duly reported to Medios and published by Medios on October 24, 2025.

As part of an internal restructuring within the Janus Henderson Group, the underlying reporting structure has now changed. In this context, Janus Henderson Group plc and Janus Henderson UK Holdings Limited were required to notify Medios that they no longer control the shares in question. At the same time, the existing notification under the previous reporting entity had to be closed out. This resulted in a number of voting rights notifications, including notifications relating to other companies.

As the 6.4% stake held by Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited in Medios AG had already been reported in October 2025, no new notification was required from that entity. The actual number of shares held by Janus Henderson in Medios AG has not changed.

Medios remains in regular contact with Janus Henderson. The restructuring therefore does not result in any changes to the presentation of Medios’ shareholder structure.
